Cerebral group practices under the Transformed membership provide comprehensive virtual mental health services including:
Psychiatric Evaluation & Medication Management: Board-certified psychiatrists and nurse practitioners conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing medication management for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, and other mental health concerns, with regular follow-ups to optimize treatment effectiveness and minimize side effects.
Licensed Therapy Services: Masters-level therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) provide evidence-based psychotherapy through weekly video sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed approaches tailored to individual needs and preferences.
