Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
I provide affirming psychiatric care for LGBTQ+ individuals seeking medication management and therapy in one appointment. My practice is inclusive, trauma-informed, and centered on your goals. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and identity-related stress. I also support people exploring gender identity, medical transition, and LGBTQ+ relationship concerns.
You will receive a full 60-minute diagnostic intake, followed by 30 to 60-minute follow-ups that include psychotherapy and medication support. I use evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community and understand the importance of feeling safe, seen, and respected in mental health care. Many of my clients have experienced stigma, misdiagnosis, or rushed care in the past. My practice was built to be different. I believe in taking time, asking better questions, and tailoring care to the full context of your life.
I am certified in Internal Family Systems (Level 2), ADHD and autism care, trauma treatment, and youth mental health. I am currently completing Level 3 IFS training, psychedelic-assisted therapy training, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice at Vanderbilt University. I hold over 24 active state licenses and serve patients in suburban, urban, and rural areas.
I welcome LGBTQ+ individuals seeking thoughtful, integrative psychiatric care. If you are looking for a provider who listens, takes you seriously, and offers both therapy and medication support, I invite you to reach out.
