I am Dr. Stephanie Miodus, a licensed psychologist specializing in assessments for autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other developmental differences. My goal is to help you understand your strengths, navigate challenges, and access the support you need. I use evidence-based tools like the ADOS-2 to clarify diagnoses and provide detailed insights into social, emotional, cognitive, and academic functioning.

Whether you are seeking testing for academic accommodations, personal growth, or better self-understanding, I am here to support you. Every assessment includes a comprehensive report and a feedback session, ensuring you have a clear, actionable plan for your next steps.

In addition to assessments, I offer social skills groups, executive function coaching, and autism consultations for schools and forensic settings. I also provide individual therapy services from a strength-based and neurodiversity-affirming framework, using evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs. My experience includes adapting therapy approaches for autistic and other neurodivergent individuals, as well as advocating for and supporting access to gender-affirming care for members within this community. Additonally, I support the well-being of LGBTQ youth by collaborating with their families using the family model developed by the Family Acceptance Project. I also specialize in supporting individuals who have been adopted, or have experienced trauma, including sexual assault or chronic illness, and approach my work from a trauma-informed lens.
