I believe therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen—not just as a collection of struggles, but as a whole, complex, and capable person. Our mental health, emotional well-being, and sense of identity are deeply connected, and I am committed to helping you navigate those intersections with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, particularly those exploring identity, healing from trauma, or untangling their relationship with food and body image. My approach is rooted in a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework, which means I support body diversity, challenge diet culture, and help you foster a more compassionate relationship with yourself. I also integrate feminist and liberation-based perspectives, ensuring therapy is a space where you feel empowered rather than pathologized.
I have experience in residential eating disorder treatment across the lifespan, and I’m passionate about working with LGBTQ+ individuals, emerging adults exploring purpose and identity, and those navigating the complexities of family dynamics—including individuals who may feel overlooked or struggle with feeling “not enough.” I also work with people in positions of privilege who want to engage in meaningful conversations about allyship, justice, and equity.
As a Brainspotting practitioner, I incorporate this powerful tool to help process trauma and access deeper healing. I am also trained in Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath, which focuses on heart-brain regulation to support emotional resilience, and Prepare/Enrich, a leading approach for couples looking to strengthen their relationships.
