Creating a space where clients feel seen, safe, and truly welcome is at the core of my work. I approach therapy through a trauma-informed and socially conscious lens, always aware of how systems of oppression, marginalization, and lived experiences shape the way we move through the world, and how they show up in the therapy room. My priority is to offer a space where clients of all identities feel not only respected but deeply affirmed, especially those who have experienced harm in places that were supposed to offer care.
I have completed both foundational and advanced trainings in LGBTQ+ mental health, gender-affirming care, and culturally responsive therapy. In addition to my somatic and trauma focused education, I’ve sought out specialized trainings that go beyond the standard curriculum, focused on intersectionality, racial and cultural identity, neurodivergence, disability justice, and the specific mental health needs of queer, trans, and nonbinary individuals. I’m committed to continuing this work, not only to challenge and unlearn my own biases, but also to remain grounded in curiosity, accountability, and allyship. My goal is always to provide care that is responsive, reflective, and informed by the diverse realities of the people I work with.
My approach blends somatic, experiential, and intuitive practices. That might include parts work, Brainspotting, creative exploration, or simply slowing down to notice what’s happening in your body and nervous system. We move at your pace, centering your lived experience while gently exploring the emotions, stories, and patterns that shape your world. You deserve care that’s built around who you are, not care that asks you to shape-shift to fit in.
Accessibility and affirmation aren’t add-ons in my work, they’re the foundation. Whether you’re navigating questions about identity, healing from trauma, or just looking for a space where you can exhale and be yourself, my goal is to make sure you never feel like too much, too complicated, or alone in your experience.
